One of the reasons why Jabaco has had so much interest is because of Microsoft did to VB6. They killed it. They stopped supporting it. They said all of the VB6 programmers were crazy and VB6 could not be updated or made better. When Microsoft was asked to put VB6 in the public domain (e.g. open source) they simply refused. Nothing has happened on this site in terms of upgrades in 6 years. It is time to put the ide and the compiler into open source. Many of us (me included) would gladly maintain and update this program. Please Charlie Elliott essco@execpc.com
